Legal information
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Pascore receives through this website, why we use it, how long we keep it and the choices available to you.
Scope
This policy applies to visitors of the Pascore website and people who send a demo or business enquiry. Customer product data processed inside a Pascore installation is governed by the relevant customer agreement and is not covered by this website policy.
Information you provide
When you request a walkthrough, we receive the information entered in the form, including your name, work email, company, optional phone number, catalog range, the process you want to improve and your consent to be contacted. If you correspond with us, we also receive the content of that correspondence.
Technical information
Our hosting and security systems may record limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and error or security events. The site uses only cookies or similar storage required for security, form submission and core operation. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How and why we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare a relevant walkthrough, protect the website, diagnose failures and maintain business records. Depending on the context, this processing is based on your consent, steps requested before entering into an agreement, our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website, or a legal obligation.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with personnel who handle sales, implementation or support and with hosting, email and infrastructure providers that process information for us under appropriate instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and service integrity.
International processing
Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where data-protection law requires it, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards.
Retention
We keep website enquiries and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business relationship, maintain security records and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized.
Security
We use organizational and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit confidential product data, credentials or secrets through the public request form.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This is a business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the demo form.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website, our practices or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date are published on this page. To ask a privacy question or exercise a right, use the contact method shown below.
